How can I delete my account?

Navigate to settings via the profile page and locate the “Delete Account” button. Deleting your account will also delete all of your associated data from our databases. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

When will version 2 become available?

Version 2 is set to launch in early June of 2025. Version 2 will allow users to be independent (not associated with any orgs) or be a member of several orgs. Version 2 will also host a Premium plan to allow unlimited members per org and unlimited posts per member. Your feed page will be your home to see all the activity happening across all of your orgs.

How can I reach support and provide feedback within the app?

A contact support feature is available at the bottom right of the profile page.

How can I export the data associated with my org for external reports?

GoodOrg makes it easy to track all of your services. Navigate to the profiles tab under the feed page and select the “Export to CSV” option under the organization profile card.
